Coach Application


NLBA is now accepting Coach applications for all divisions in House League, Select and Competitive programs. In order to be considered for a Coaching position please complete the 2010 Coach Application and submit as directed before the deadline.

High lights include but are not limited to:

NORTH LONDON BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

A brief written submission must be included with this application form in order for it to be considered. (Describe what your philosophy on coaching youth baseball is)

All applications will be reviewed. Not all applicants will receive an interview.

All successful applicants will be required to attend an in house, Coaching clinic(s).

Successful applicants will be expected to cooperate with the Board of Directors and adhere to the mission statement of North London Baseball Association.

The intent of the program is to put the best available coaches on the field with the players. A coach may be removed from his/her position at any time if it is determined they are not meeting the expectations of the Board of Directors and the mission statement of the North London Baseball Association.

A Coach must be approved by the Selection Committee of North London Baseball Association prior to operating any activities that include any players currently registered with North London Baseball Association. Any players participating in sanctioned NLBA activities must be registered with NLBA (past or current season) in order to be covered under our insurance.

Application forms are to be received by midnight December 31 2009. Form submission can be done electronically by submitting using this form.

Appointed Coaches will be contacted by the NLBA representative no later than January 24, 2010.

I have completed the criminal background check form and give permission to the City of London Police, Ontario Provincial Police and/or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to give to the North London Baseball Association board of directors any and all information relating to any dealings I may have had with any police agency including any criminal record information I may have.
