Rep Team Fall Tryouts
Submitted By NLBA on Monday, September 10, 2018
The London and District Baseball Association (LDBA) has approved a proposal to move to a fall tryout schedule for 2019 season.

As a result, the North London Nationals will be running tryouts beginning October 1st for all Mosquito to Bantam aged players that are interested in playing competitive baseball for one of our Representative teams.

All other age groups and Select Teams will maintain their tryout sessions in the Spring 2019.  Fall tryouts are open to all athletes born between 2004 to 2009 that live in the North London territorial boundary.  Tryouts will start off outdoors (weather permitting) in October and move indoors throughout November.  The intent will be to name teams by December 1st.  Please Note, in order to try out for a Select Team in the spring, an athlete must have participated in the representative team tryout the fall prior.

Cost for registration will be free for the tryout process; however, there will be fees administered by the team for any tryout sessions held indoors.

Players must be registered through the North London Baseball Association website in order to participate in the tryout process - no exceptions.  Click Here to Register

Registration closes September 28th, 2018 for Mosquito (born 2009) to Bantam (born 2004) players to be able to participate in the Representative team tryout process.  Athletes must be born between 2004 and 2009; and reside in the North London territorial area.  Click here to check boundaries for eligibility

Tryouts will be taking place between October 1st and November 30th, 2018

Sessions will take place on local diamonds and indoor facilities such as Centrefield Sports. Teams will be selected by December 1st.

Schedule of times and locations will be posted on North London Baseball Association website prior to the last week in September.  Coaches for the 2019 season will be announced in early September

Tryouts for athletes born in 2010-2011 (Rookie), 2001-2003 (Midget) or 1998-2000 (Junior) will continue to be held in the spring, along with the Select teams for all applicable age groups.

The following divisions will be holding fall tryouts:

Division Birth Year
Mosquito - Minor
Mosquito - Major 2008
Peewee - Minor 2007
Peewee - Major 2006
Bantam - Minor 2005
