Great Beginnings
With May now behind us and June beginning I thought it was a great time to share a few thoughts.
The coaches and myself are all very excited and impressed by what we have seen so far. We never measure success by wins and losses. We care about effort, dedication and a complete willingness to do their best every time we have a baseball event.
For many this is the first experience in a competitive sporting environment and I am very impressed with this group of players. We have seen such great improvements every day and I am genuinely excited by what the summer holds.
June is a new month and the season and schedule will continue to get busier and busier. We appreciate the dedication by all involved, and thank you for showing up to practices in the cool weather, paying for additional practice times and showing up and cheering at each and every game.
Personally I am looking forward to the "meat" of the schedule and getting to know all the parents and kids even better. This is a great group and a great sport to be involved with.
Thanks for all of the above and here's to June being even better than May!
