ROOKIE NATIONALS, 2016 (North London Baseball)

Hey Team - another great tournament on the weekend - and another victory last night to boost our record to 16-6 on the year - way to go!!! Also, check out the player photos under Player Roster on our web page - special thanks to Jeff H. for taking the time to snap those.

The boys let Ingersoll back into the game letting them tie it in the top of the 7th, but some key hits and smart base running in the bottom of the inning got our boys the 8-7 win. Brett H. had a beauty diving catch for our last out and received the golden glove for his efforts. Good work boys - next on the schedule is a trip to St. Thomas tomorrow night Let's go get them!

The boys made us all proud with an amazing 2nd place finish at the Woodstock Tournament on the weekend. The team put 4 straight solid victories together with 3 coming on Saturday alone. The boys only lost to a tough team from Waterdown - hats off to them for winning the tourney. The MVP's for our team included Chase M, Owen S, Harrison H, Nick S and Darius B. The gold glove was awarded to Lachlan C, William J, Nicolas H, Lucas B, Declan M and Tyler S. Well done boys - you made North London proud and put us on the map!!! Congratulations!!!

The boys kept it going from a great weekend of baseball in the Woodstock Tourney with a big win over Ingersoll. Brett H. was the gold glove winner with a great performance. Let's keep it rolling boys with a tough game Thursday against the Tincaps.
